GrabProof ("the Service") is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses and individuals to collect, manage, and display customer testimonials on their websites via embeddable widgets.
The Free Plan includes access at no charge: 0 widget, 9223372036854775807 review sources, all 5 widget types, unlimited projects and testimonials, and a "Powered by GrabProof" branding on widgets.
The Pro Plan costs €29/month. It includes unlimited widgets, unlimited review sources, no branding (white label), unlimited projects, unlimited testimonials, and full customization.
By subscribing to the Pro Plan, you authorize GrabProof to charge your registered payment method via PayPal in the amount of €29 every month until you cancel.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
All payments are processed securely through PayPal. GrabProof does not store your payment card information. By using our payment service, you also agree to PayPal's Terms of Service.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Settings page in your dashboard.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.
We encourage you to try the Free plan first to make sure GrabProof is right for you before upgrading. If you experience a technical billing error (e.g., duplicate charge), contact support@grabproof.com and we will investigate promptly.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@grabproof.com before opening a dispute with PayPal. We commit to resolving billing issues within 48 hours. Filing a PayPal dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
GrabProof is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service outages or data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrabProof's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via the email associated with your account at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
